What materials can you fabricate?
We support a full range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals for sheet metal fabrication, including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, copper, brass and titanium. All conventional materials are kept in stock at our in-house warehouse, eliminating sourcing lead times and supporting 3–7 day fast prototype turnaround.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for sheet metal parts?
No, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our sheet metal services. We support full production scaling — from 1-piece rapid prototypes and small-batch trial runs to high-volume mass production of 10,000+ pieces — all with consistent ISO-certified quality control.
Can you provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback?
Yes, we provide free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback for all inquiries. Our engineering team will review your drawings and deliver optimization suggestions along with your formal quote within 24 hours, helping you reduce production costs and shorten overall lead times.
Will surface treatment affect the tolerance of my parts?
Some coating and finishing processes may add a thin material layer and have a slight impact on final part dimensions. Our technical team will evaluate the impact in advance based on your finish requirements, and adjust pre-processing dimensions accordingly to ensure final tolerances meet your specifications.
Do you provide full assembly service for sheet metal parts?
Yes, we offer full end-to-end assembly services for sheet metal parts, including riveting, tapping, fastener installation and full component assembly. We deliver finished, ready-to-use parts directly, saving you the time and cost of secondary processing.
