Small prototype orders ship within 5 days; metal parts take 7–12 days. We support both low-volume prototyping and high-volume production, with scalable capacity and consistent quality across batches. Through full-dimensional inspection at every stage, full material traceability management, and strict delivery protection, we ensure every part meets your design specifications and industry regulatory requirements.

2. Incoming Material Inspection & Full Traceability Management

1. Pre-Production DFM & Contract Review

Before order confirmation, our engineering team provides a professional DFM (Design for Manufacturing) report, reviewing all tolerance requirements, cosmetic specifications, material properties and production feasibility. We identify potential quality risks in advance, confirm all technical details with you, and formulate a dedicated full-process quality inspection plan for the project.

This is the first line of defense for part quality, with 100% inspection of all incoming raw materials to ensure full batch traceability, fully compliant with ISO material management specifications:

All incoming raw materials (metal alloys, plastic resins, mold steels) must be accompanied by the original supplier's COA (Certificate of Analysis), which clearly records the material batch number, chemical composition, mechanical properties, production date and shelf life.

We use XRF metal composition analyzer, hardness tester and other professional equipment to conduct sampling verification, ensuring the material grade and performance fully meet your requirements. All non-conforming materials are rejected and returned immediately, with no entry into the production link.

We assign a unique traceability code for each order's material batch, which is tracked throughout the entire production process. All material information, inspection records, production parameters and operator information are archived for at least 3 years, achieving full traceability from raw material incoming to finished part delivery.

For each shipment, we provide a formal COC (Certificate of Compliance), which clearly states the material batch, production information, inspection results and compliance statement, to meet your regulatory, traceability and quality audit requirements.

3. First Article Inspection (FAI)

After the first piece is produced, our quality team conducts a full-dimensional inspection according to the pre-formulated inspection plan, comparing the physical part with the original CAD drawing 1:1. We record all dimensional data, and production can only proceed after the first article is fully qualified and signed off by both the engineering and quality teams, fundamentally ensuring batch-to-batch consistency.

4. In-Process Patrol Inspection

Our quality inspectors conduct regular sampling inspections during the production process, monitoring key dimensions, surface quality and processing parameters in real time. For critical tolerance features, we implement 100% full inspection. All inspection data is recorded in the production system, with no missing links in the quality control process.

5. Final Full Inspection Before Shipment

All finished parts undergo strict multi-dimensional final inspection before delivery:

100% appearance inspection under standardized controlled lighting conditions, checking for burrs, scratches, deformation, and surface finish consistency.

Sampling inspection of key dimensions according to the inspection plan, with 100% full inspection for critical tolerance features.

Verification of part quantity, marking, and matching accessories to ensure full compliance with the order requirements.

A complete formal inspection report is generated for each batch of parts, which is shipped together with the goods.

6. Customized Secure Packaging & Shipping Specification

Our professional packaging team formulates exclusive packaging specifications according to part characteristics, size, material and international transportation requirements, to ensure the parts are fully protected during long-distance global transportation and arrive at your site in perfect condition.

Basic anti-scratch & anti-collision protection: All parts are individually wrapped with anti-scratch pearl cotton or thickened bubble film, with sharp edges and corners specially reinforced and protected to avoid scratches and bumps during transportation.

Material-specific customized packaging:

- Precision metal parts: Anti-rust paper wrapping + vacuum sealing packaging to prevent oxidation and corrosion during sea/air transportation.

- Electronic components and high-cosmetic parts: Anti-static packaging to avoid electrostatic damage to the part surface and function.

- Large/complex structural parts: Customized integrated foam lining + fumigation-free wooden case, with reinforced fixing inside the case to avoid part displacement and deformation during long-distance transportation.

Traceability labeling: Each outer package is pasted with a unique identification label, including part number, batch number, quantity, order information and fragile warning, to ensure full traceability until the parts are signed for.

Pre-shipment verification: We conduct a second inspection of the packaging integrity and label information before shipment, and cooperate with reliable international logistics partners to ensure on-time and safe delivery.

All our inspection instruments are regularly calibrated and traceable to international metrology standards, fully complying with our ISO 9001:2015 and SGS authorized ISO 13485:2016 quality system. We provide accurate dimensional inspection, material verification and performance testing for CNC machined, molded, die-cast and 3D printed parts.
