You can upload your 3D CAD files (STEP/IGES/STL) and 2D PDF drawings with tolerance & surface finish on our Quote page, or send them directly to selina@marigold-rapid.com. We also need material, quantity, lead time and application details.
How fast will you provide the quotation?
We send a formal quote within 1-8 working hours for standard projects. For complex mold/medical implant projects, it takes 48 hours max, and we will keep you updated.
Do you sign NDA to protect our design?
Yes. We guarantee 100% confidentiality. We can sign your NDA, sign and return it within 8 working hours.
Do you have MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
No MOQ. We accept 1-piece prototypes and low volume peoduction orders.
Do you provide tiered pricing for long-term cooperation?
Yes. We offer 3–5 levels of tiered pricing based on annual volume. We also support annual framework agreements to lock prices.
What’s your standard lead time for different processes?
CNC machining & prototypes: 5–10 calendar days; Injection mold & rapid tooling: 20–28 days; Sheet metal: 7–15 days; Die casting: 30–38 days.
Are lead times working days or calendar days?
All lead times are calendar days, calculated from DFM approval and order confirmation.
Can you expedite urgent projects?
Yes. We support urgent priority production for medical prototypes and critical projects.
Do you provide product design services?
We do not provide product design, but we offer FREE professional DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review for all orders.
How fast can you provide the DFM report?
Standard projects: within 24 hours; Complex anatomical/medical parts: within 48 hours.
What does your DFM report include?
Tolerance optimization, deformation control, process feasibility, cost reduction suggestions, and compliance risk assessment.
What quality certifications do you hold?
We are certified with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 (SGS Authorized) for medical device parts.
Do you provide FAI, COC, COA reports?
Yes. We provide FAI report, COC (Certificate of Compliance), material COA, hardness report, and dimension inspection report for every batch.
How do you ensure part quality?
Incoming material inspection → First article 100% inspection → In-process patrol → Final 100% inspection before shipment. All records are archived.
Can you cooperate with CE MDR documentation and supplier audits?
Yes. We provide full technical documents for CE MDR and support annual on-site audits.
Can you provide material origin and property certificates?
Yes. All materials come with official mill origin certificate and COA (material property sheet). We do XRF inspection for all metals.
How do you ensure mass production stability?
All validated process parameters are finalized into locked SOP. Any change needs formal ECR/ECN and customer confirmation. We set 6 key control points and do 100% final inspection.
How do you protect parts during international shipping?
We provide customized anti-scratch, anti-rust, anti-static, shockproof packaging. Precision/medical parts use cleanroom vacuum packaging.
What shipping terms do you support?
Standard terms: EXW. We also support DDU (express shipping, customer responsible for import duty).
