Do you offer design services?

We do not provide design services, but if you are interested with our quotation, we can offer some suggestions for your design optimization based on our 10+ years of manufacturing experience, to find the most cost efficient way to design and produce your products.

What information do you need to provide a quotation?

To offer you an accurate and timely quotation, we need to get your 3D CAD files in STEP or IGES format, preferably also 2D drawings in PDF format for surface and tolerance reference. We also need to know the requested material, quantity, surface finish and your contact details in order to complete quote with shipment costs to your place.

How fast can you provide a quotation?

If you send us complete RFQ package with all required information, you can expect to receive our quotation within 24 hours. For RFQs require hard tooling or contain many different items, it will take a bit longer, but our sales executives will keep close contact with you to keep you posted about the status.

What is your standard lead time for each process? Is it possible to expedite my project?

For CNC machining and vacuum casting prototypes, we can finish and send out to you normally within 5-10 calendar days; for injection molding and compression molding which require to make hard tools, we can finish within 20-28 days depending on complexity and size of the tools; for pressure die casting, it will take 30-38 days depending on the tool material used and tool structure. Our lead time is relatively shorter in average than the competitors in the market, and we can expedite it for you if you need parts urgently.

How is your price and service level in the market?

Our main strength points are CNC machining, vacuum casting, plastic injection molding, compression molding, pressure die casting and sheet metal stamping, for these services our price is overall 30-60% less when compared to manufacturers in North America and Europe. When compared to Chinese competitors, we are about 10-25% less on price, but our professional level of communication and reliability makes us standout from the crowd immediately, so our customers can be rest assured that they partner up with the most reliable and professional manufacturer in China to get their parts done perfectly.

It is amazing that you offer such a wide range of services, how did you cope with it?

We take customer satisfaction as our utmost goal and have built a big group of happy customers all over the years. Some regular customers often have special needs they would like us to explore for them, so we always go the extra mile to support them and explore other reliable sources. As a result we have expanded our capabilities a lot, our boss who has over 20 years of experience is very well connected with the most professional and experienced people in the industry, and we take full responsibility to deliver good quality final product as you expect.

How do you deal with confidentially of my design and drawings?

All of our customers design and drawings are considered confidential by default, across the whole factory. We are always ready to sign your non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. We also have a strict policy within our factory that no photographs are allowed of a customer’s product without permission. Only after your permission we will use your product pictures in our website or send to other customers for quality or surface reference.

What are your payment terms?

For all prototype projects, we request 100% upfront payment; for tooling projects we request 50% tooling deposit to kick off production, and the balance will be due after approval of mold trial samples. After 30 days of mold sample shipment, the tooling balance will be considered due If we hear no feedback from customer. For regular customers who had placed many orders with us, we will discuss better payment terms case by case.

What are your shipping terms?

Our standard terms are Ex Works (EXW), we can use your UPS or DHL or FedEx account to arrange shipment and you will need to take care of customs clearance and all other associated fees once the goods have left our factory. If you would like us to arrange shipment using our own account, that’s also fine and we make no profit from shipping. We will issue shipping costs to you in PI and ship goods by DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means that you will need to pay duty when the goods arrive.

How do you ensure that I get what I expected?

Our professional sales executives will communicate with you closely in RFQ stage to ensure we understand all your requirements clearly. Once your order is confirmed, we will do contract review to go through all the drawing details and point out any potential risks that our engineers feel may affect the quality of your parts. Our production engineering team will oversee the manufacturing process and take proactive measures to ensure quality. Final inspection reports and part pictures will be sent to you before shipment. If there are any defects, we will double confirm with you before shipment to see if acceptable for you, otherwise we are prepared to remake until your satisfaction is achieved.

What if I am not completely satisfied with the parts I receive?

We take full responsibility for the quality of the parts we made based on your initial order and all details we communicated. So if you receive the parts and found out that we missed to make certain features that the parts cannot be used, we will immediately remake for you free of charge, so you are guaranteed to be happy to work together with us and for the long term.
